Red Runs the Runway
In Winter of 2017 be prepared to see the color red everywhere. We first were introduced to red on the runway by; Givenchy, Armani, Jil Sander, Fendi, Dolce and Gabbana, and Oscar De La Renta. Red is a very powerful color and will add a statement to your outfit in the best of ways. So, get readie to rock red this season and mix it in with some of your favorite items in your closet.

Silver Strikes as Stylin
Silver, metallic, and sparkles were seen all over the winter 2017 runway shows. A few of my favorite looks from this trend were seen in the Saint Laurent, Chanel, and Paco Rabanne shows. This trend is head turner when walking into a room if done right and not tacky. An easy way to slowly ease into this trend is by stating with accessories such as a metallic purse or jewelry.

Variegated Velvets
Velvet is a print of the season so be sure to incorporate it in some of your outfits. A few easy ways to style this trend is by wearing velvet pants or a velvet shirt. Colored velvet is also very in right now and that is very fun to play around with. Venture out and vaunt that velvet this winter.

Vintage Inspired Fur & Faux Fur
Vintage inspired fur jackets are a very hot trend right now. Different types of fur and prints have been introduced this year, given the fact that it is a year of texture. Going along with this trend don’t be afraid to use color in the types of fur you are rocking, this trend is very fun to play around with and one of my all-time favs.
